Notice of Alberta Snowboarding Association Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the members of the Alberta Snowboarding Association will be held at the Canada Olympic Park Hall of Fame auditorium, Calgary, Alberta on Monday, June 7th, 2010 commencing at 7:00 p.m. for the following purposes:

1. To consider and approve the audited financial statements of the Association for its fiscal year ended April 30, 2010.

2. To receive and accept reports of the President, Treasurer.

3. To hold elections for board members.

4. To conduct such other business as may properly come before the meeting

If you cannot attend in person but would like to vote please complete the attached proxy form and return at least 7 DAYS before the AGM.
